Err... why put unknown for things? While that is very dramatic and all, unknown isnt a very smart thing to program in. I mean, it has to have some limitation, and just because it is 'untested' (which seems very... dumb, since the story involves time travel and thus you could just go to the future and see how effective it was in the records) does not mean it does not have any. You should add actual data for those two points. But, besides that, an ok concept. What is it suppost to be, a secret weapon or something?
