Toronto - Seems like this is being more fleshed out and tangible, not to mention a grand Canadian experience for all.

Month
June - early August. The last EC went right into school. You can't have a parent approve for you to miss school like that for Canadian drinking.

Days
3-5 days is awesome. I really don't think we'll run out of things to do.

Activities
LAN party has my vote. My laptop can't run much, but at the very least, jj2. And I might even have my desktop for other games. We'll have to have other games just in case and for the fun that just isn't found sometimes.

Funds
EH... sorry, mostly fending for myself off... relatives ;O.
