YOU'RE DONE! You got a typical Corrupted Sanctuary brick. They'll all come out differently, btu here's a screenie of the one I made with the tutorial:

Made by request, you guys should really learn these l33t tricks by yourselves like I did and stop copying mine. And ppl think drawing like me was lazy and easy, well I bet they've just realized a new low of ppl who dont even wanna figure out effects by themselves, EVIL!

QUICK UPDATE:
Just updated the examp-le pic to tile a few bricks instead of showing just one.

Also, if you dont like the load of dots or 'noisey' texture the rbick has just ignore steps 8 and 9...

I use photoshop for the rock texture, thats all. If you read through it all you'll see that at step 16 out of 64 I open Paint Shop Pro again

You could also make the texture with TeraLogic Texture Maker but I find photoshop easier to work with for doing that. You could also rip the textures given with Paint Shop pro, but those look really crap

You got PSP Because all those steps are required to draw the bricks. Paint Shop pro is the best drawing program imaginable, and there is _NO_ way I can make a tileset with Photoshop, it's almost impossible. You never know what the location of the picture you're drawing on is, you never know how big your selection is etc. etc.
These are very important features, and when making a tileste you must STRICTLY stay to the 32 pixels per tile thing, and if you dont know your 32 times tables you're gonna have a big problem knowing if you're actually drawing on the right place. Look, there's nothign Wrong with Paint Shop Pro. Only problem is that the textures the program gives you arent that good, so you have to make your own instead of using those

Photoshop to em is less significant than that freeware texture generater i got...

Did you check the info palette (at least in 6.0)? Of course, you couldn't even see Lock in PSP which is on the default screen ;p

speaking of stealing brick textures

try "Acme Online Masonry Designer" (do a web search, I'm too lazy to get a link), a program by a bricklaying company... works as a great source to steal brick templates from! ;D
