Paint shop pro?
Is that freeware or something? Otherwise, I can't buy it. And HOW can it help make those Chibi characters?

Explaining GIMP
GIMP... The GNU Image Manipulation Program. Put simply, call it an open source, free graphics program. It's got some power behind it, too... don't simply assume that it sucks because it's not Photoshop or PSP. You can whip out some amazing things with it. Or, you can come up with anything I've colored. :-)
If you're used to Photoshop or PSP, it'll take quite some time to get used to GIMP. Most of the controls are different (HINT: Right Mouse Click on the image itself calls up the menu for that image). But, it's well worth your time, I'd say. Plus, it's free. Very free. You can snag GIMP for Windows or GIMP for anything else from the GIMP site. Now go get GIMPed. :-)

I just made my pic(not the one currently above my signature, that's a picture of Cobra)into a radical T-shirt! I love it! It looks so cool. Maybe people will want to have their own pictures made into T-shirts. I could start a small buisiness at school. I'd be rich! Hehehe!
