Yes, Jazz2 was written with C++ and a small bit of ASM for the bottlenecks. JCS was written entirely in Visual Basic.

i was almost 100% positive that JCS was made in Visual C++ because of the errors it sometimes has popped up with in the past with me. They weren't Visual Basic Errors...

You could be right. I was actually thinking of the original version of UnrealEd, not JCS (don't ask how I made the connection). VisualBasic is more commonly used for editors than C++, but I really don't know.

JJ2 is far too complex for normal BASIC. I believe an older version of QBASIC was used, actually.

it couldn't be QBASIC, then it would be a DOS game. It possibly was Visual C++, that's what I get in error messages. Anybody who knows FOR SURE, speak up. This thread will be boring if everybody guesses what it was.
